The sleeping comfort of all our valued customers is very important to us. That's why Berk's Furniture & Mattress is pleased to offer a comfort exchange when you purchase a mattress and boxspring set or if you purchase a mattress for use on a platform bed. The guarantee does not apply to a mattress that is used in conjunction with an old foundation or boxspring. An old or non-matching foundation or boxspring can affect the mattress's comfort, as a mattress and boxspring set are designed to work in unison.
Our 30 Day Guaranteed Comfort Policy
Berk's Furniture & Mattress offers a 30-Day Comfort Exchange Policy. If you determine that after a period of two weeks (14 days) from the day of delivery you are not completely satisfied with your mattress purchase, Berk's Furniture & Mattress will exchange it for a new mattress. Because this is a new bed we strongly recommend that you give it at least a 14 night "breaking-in" period. During this time you must follow the care instructions on your warranty card, including the recommended rotation of the mattress (if applicable.) If after 14 nights you are not completely satisfied with the sleeping comfort of the bedding you have purchased from Berk's Furniture & Mattress we will gladly exchange the unit for you WITH A SERVICE CHARGE.
The comfort exchange must be completed within 30 days from your original delivery date. There is a limit one comfort exchange per customer and all comfort exchanges must be for mattresses of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for paying the difference between the regular everyday price of the new merchandise and the regular everyday price of the original merchandise plus all the applicable exchange and delivery fees.

Please note: Berk's Furniture & Mattress cannot make the comfort exchange unless the bedding is clean and free of stains, tears and holes of any kind. No comfort exchange will be made after the 30th day. Berk's Furniture & Mattress does not offer refunds. Other merchandise including pillows, mattress pads, and sheets are non- returnable.
