Went to get new family and sitting room furnished. Worked with Sandra Dillon the designer and she is absolutely incredible. She really has the eye for decorating. Very happy with our new look and she really helped us every step of the way in a no pressure, very casual atmosphere. Sandra is a 10/10!

My experience with Berk's was smooth and without stress. The salespeople were helpful and affable, listening to my needs and took into consideration my financial limitations. I wasn't sure of what I needed, so I didn't commit to anything on the first visit. However, I did have questions and David was very quick to reply to my queries via Email (my preferred means of communication,) and before I knew it, any anxiety I had about "what I should buy," was gone and I had a new beautiful chair sitting in my home. The delivery people were prompt, worked efficiently and were on their way in a matter of minutes. I don't exactly enjoy shopping for furniture, but this experience was virtually "painless" and I would buy from this family business again.

From the minute I walked in the door, I knew Berk's was different from the other stores I had looked at. The staff was very friendly and let me just look around on my own until I had a question.
